Catros Compact Disc Cultivator

The Catros compact disc cultivator is a specialist shallow working, intensive mixing soil tillage tool for stubble work. The individual disc bearing via rubber sprung elements allow for the optimum adaptation to the soil surface.

Each disc is able to follow the ground contour. The working depth is always maintained. The quick and even emergence of volunteer grain and weeds is ensured. In addition the shallow working in of plant residues protects the soil from erosion and capping.
Catros is available in different versions and working widths:

The mounted Catros with wedge ring rollers is available in working widths of 3 to 6 metres. The versions from 4 to 6 metres allow for hydraulically folding to a transport width of 2.95 metres. In addition trailed versions with wedge ring tyres in working widths of 3 to 7.5 metres are available. Special feature of the trailed Catros is the integrated running gear.

Cenius Cultivator

The Cenius has been developed for the medium deep to deep soil cultivation. The coulter arrangement allows for an intensive incorporation of crop residue. The trouble free operation even where large amounts of straw prevail is ensured.

The following disc rows level the worked area and improve the mixing of soil and straw. For the targeted re-compaction at random available the AMAZONE wedge ring roller or rod roller, providing ideal germination conditions for volunteer grain and weed seeds.

Centaur Disc Cultivator Harrow Combination

The Centaur cultivator is a multifunctional soil tillage combination for arable farming without the plough. The wide operational range includes extreme shallow stubble tilth, medium deep mixing of plant residue and soil and top soil deep loosening.
Following different arable farming demands the new Centaur cultivator-disc harrow combinations are offered in two versions:

The Centaur Super is equipped with four staggerd tine rows for soil tilolage and one complete Catros disc harrow unit to incorporate even largest amounts of straw.

In the Centaur Special three tine rows for soil tillage and one row levelling discs are integrated.

Both implements are available in working widths of 3 m, 4 m and 5 m. On request also 6 m and 7 m machines are available. The three or four row tine stagger ensures full area loosening and intensive mixing. The large frame height in conjunction with the specific tine stagger arrangement ensures the superb material passage.

For the quick change of the Centaur from working to transport position the type in 5 m working width is hydraulically folded. The versions of 3 and 4 metres are supplied with rigid frames. The Centaur is an implement for top performance and cost saving operation and provides optimum pre-conditions for the following, successful mulch sowing.

Pegasus Tractor Mounted Disc Cultivator

The Pegasus tractor mounted disc cultivator is universally usable for stubble tilth, for basic soil cultivation and the seed bed preparation. The shallow mixing of plant residues, e.g. stubble, straw and catch crop with the surface soil provides best protection against soil erosion and capping.

The Pegasus tractor mounted disc cultivator is available in working widths of 3 up to 5 m. The hydraulically foldable versions of 4 m and 5 m allow a trouble free road transport at a transport width of 3 m.

BBG Land Roller AW

The land roller AW is superbly suited for the rolling after the seed on heavy and light soils. The full area crumbling on the surface and the recompaction of the seed placement horizon improves the water economy in the germ area. This results in an optimum germination of the seed. By rolling also the germination of volunteer grain and weed seeds after stubble tilth is clearly improved. Safe in road transport by the rear running gear and the hydraulic folding to 2.50 m transport width.

KE Rotary Harrow

The KE rotary harrow is superbly suited for soil tillage after the plough and mulch sowing on pre-cultivated soils. The strong frame, one piece rotor head and shaft and a sprung tine fixing result in a very robust implement. The large clearance above the rotor heads ensures the free passage of large amount of straw or clods of soil.

KG Rotary Cultivator

The KG rotary cultivator incorporates all the design features of the AMAZONE KG rotary harrow but has an even thicker skinned trough, bigger diameter shafts and stronger tines. AMAZONE KG rotary cultivators are equipped with the proven "On Grip" tines to pull themselves into work and automatically maintain the desired working depth.

In dry and firm fields the tines break up the soil without any problems and simultaneously intensively incorporate the straw. The large clearance above the rotor heads ensures the free passage of trash and soil mixture. In conjunction with AMAZONE seed drills with RoTeC roll disc coulters the "On Grip" tines provide the cost saving and environmentally friendly mulch sowing.

TL Deep Loosener

The compact designed, close coupled TL deep loosener offers the possibility of the optimum cultivation technique without prior ploughing even in heavy trash condition. Wide wing shears and a large clearance between the legs allow a blockage free operation.

The deep loosener is available with 3 m working width and operates with a working depth of 15 up to 25 cm in combination with rotary cultivator, packer roller and Pack Top seed drill with RoTeC roll disc coulters.
