High Speed Net Weighing – The Binder ABF / SPK

For use with most free flowing products. The Binder ABF/SPK is a high speed fully automatic net weigher for weights between 25 to 50kg and speeds of upto 23bags per minute depending on material and and bag weights.

The machine is comprised of two units, the ABF takes single empty bags bags from a magazine of between 200 and 600, opens the bag and attaches it to the filling spout of the SPK. When the bag is filled it is automatically transfered to the sealing system by the built in transfer unit which holds the top of the bag until it reaches the sealer.

Pre-Pack Collating

Designed to provide consistent & gentle means of counting/packing prepacks into (paper, plastic or net outer) transit packaging, up to 80 packs/min.

Form, Fill & Seal

For use with most free flowing products. The Binder MK shapes the bag from a plastic roll, fills and seals the bag to the customer's individual requirement at speeds up to 900 packages per hour depending on material and bag weight.
