  Taarup 1116-1118 Drum Mowers
Simple and robust construction for reliable performance.

1.65 and 1.85 m. working width.
Taarup offers two drum mowers with a working width of 1.65 and 1.85 m. They are fast, reliable and cost effective machines, delivering high quality output in all crops conditions

High quality
Built by our factory in Holland, the place where the original drum mower concept was invented, the machines are designed with quality and reliability in mind. For maximum protection all models are protected by an anti-corrosion powder paint coating for a longer life.

Maintenance free drive system
The gearbox of the drum mowers is completely maintenance free and runs in a fully enclosed grease bath that ensures low wear and long life.

Taarup Rear Mounted Disc Mowers

Lift of mower unit
On headlands the mower is lifted without activating the three-point linkage of the tractor which needs no adjustment in the field. A clever and simple solution ensuring good clearance and eliminates swath damage.

Convenient transport solution
For transport the machine is folded hydraulically from the tractor cab to a vertical transport position well behind the tractor ensuring a stable and steady transport.

Adjustable lifting pins
Taarup 2400 series offer a very easy mounting on the tractor. When the machine is parked the lifting pins are horizontal. The linkage pins are easily adjusted to match the tractors width which enables the mower to cut its full working width.

Taarup 5090 Butterfly
High output and excellent maneuverability

9 m working width
Taarup offers a top-of-the-line mower conditioner combination with a 9 m working width. It consists of a Taarup 3532F front mounted mower conditioner with a 3.2 m working width and two rear-mounted 3.2 m mower conditioner units. There is no need for a special reverse drive tractor, as the Taarup 5090 fits perfectly on a normal tractor with front and rear linkage.

Even flotation of the entire machine
The Taarup 5090 features a unique patented suspension system (patent applied for) of the two rear mower conditioner units. The low gravity scale arm suspension ensures that the mowing units always remain horizontal in relation to the ground, even if the tractor is hitting small obstacles in the field. The ground pressure is set by the 4 large spring coils, which ensure an even flotation and cutting height.

Excellent maneauvrability
The design of the Taarup 5090 with a tractor in the middle ensures perfect manoeuvrability and the best possible weight distribution of the entire combination. This minimises wear on the tractor and ensures excellent manoeuvrability in the field. Each moving unit adapts independently to ground contours, ensuring trouble-free flotation of the entire machine.

Extensive range
The new Taarup 4200 series represents an extensive offering with 2.8, 3.2 and 3.6 m working width, roller or tine conditioner and the left hand or centre mounted drawbar. In other words a complete range to cope with the various demands.

3 in one solution - helps you beat the weather!
Looking for a versatile system to cope with the ever changing weather conditioners? Or a highly efficient solution to collect the mown crop in a very efficient way? Then the new Taarup 4200 series is the right solution. The mower can be fitted with wide spreading equipment and swath belt to give as much flexibility as possible. The change over from single swathing to swath belt or wide spreading is very easy, and done in a few minutes.

Improved cutting performance
The new Taarup cutterbar offers a number of improvements with focus on cutting performance. The knives have been moved closer to the edge of the discs to improve the cutting overlap. The result is improved cutting performance and reduced tendency of dirt building up between the discs. The stone guards under the cutterbar have been given a smoother design to bring the whole cutterbar closer to the ground. The result is an improved cutting performance - especially in difficult conditions in laid crop.
