Exacta Fertilizer Spreader
The spreading characteristics of fertilisers depend very much on their physical characteristics such as granule size, specific density etc. To accommodate this, all Exacta spreaders are adjusted by a lever located on the rear of each disc, which controls the discharge point of the fertiliser onto the spreading disc. This enables optimal setting for all fertiliser types in all conditions.
The dosing and spreading system is manufactured out of stainless steel to ensure a long life time in a corrosive environment.
Exacta fertiliser spreaders are built around one unique feature: the Accord Acceleration System. This spreading system ensures that all fertiliser granules are already rotating before they reach the spreading vanes. This initial acceleration of the fertiliser prevents fragmentation of the granules due to impact with the vanes and maintains the spreading characteristics of the material.
Accuracy in hilly conditions is one of the strong points of the Exacta spreading system. The special discharge chamber prevents fertiliser from falling directly on to the disc and being damaged by the vanes. The fertiliser always contacts the discs at the same point which avoids striping and makes accurate spreading in all situations possible.
