Aercore Aerator Range
Revolutionary ideas often take simple forms. Consider John Deere's latest revolutionary products - the Aercore walk behind 800 aerator, and the 1000, 1500 and 2000 tractor mounted aerators. The first walk behind and tractor mounted aerators that deliver high productivity without sacrificing hole quality, durability, or ease of service.
Hole Punching & Aerator Logic
- The Aercore 800 can punch up to 582,400 high quality holes per hour, while the Aercore 1000, 1500 and 2000 do even better at 600,000, 900,000 and 1,200,800 holes respectively.
- The simple logic of the Aercore design applies to all 4 models.
- Easily accessible belts, instead of chains, power the systems, making them quieter and more durable in high-shock conditions like hardpan or rocky terrain.
- Plus, mounting geometry and a "flexi-link" supporting arm ensure the tines stay perpendicular to the ground longer for a higher quality, consistently round hole with little or no scuffing at the hole top.
Core Swath, Tractor Mounted Aerators
- The Aercore 1000, 1500 and 2000 are your three best choices for a tractor-mounted aerator because no other unit matches them for hole quality and productivity.
- Depending on tine options and spacings, the 1000 can aerate from 1,860 to 4,650 m²/h at a coring swath of 95cm (37.5in).
- The 1500 covers from 2,790 to 6,500 m²/h at a coring swath of 1.46m (57.5in),
- The 2000 aerates from 2790 to 6970 m²/h at a coring swath of 1.9m (77.5in) and to a coring depth of up to 102mm (4in).
- All three Aercore models are designed for aerating professional sports and amenity turf areas, such as football pitches, tennis courts, bowling and golf greens, golf course fairways etc.
- The Aercore 1000 requires a 15-24 net hp tractor while the 1500 and 2000 work best on tractors between 22 and 30 net hp. All require a Category I, three point hitch and proper ballast.
- The 1000, 1500 and 2000 models both have an easy-to-adjust depth gauge on the outside, and easily to lift rear cowlings for simple service access.
