CP48 Core Pulveriser

The new John Deere CP48 Core Pulveriser is the only machine of its kind that actually sweeps up cores, pulverises them back into a loose soil, then leaves the soil material on the ground either as a top dressing or to be quickly blown off for immediate use of the playing surface.

With the CP48, you save time and labour. There's no need to harvest or transport cores.

TC125 Turf Collection System

Picking up cores after aeration hs always been a hit or miss proposition. You can get some of them, but very rarely is it a truely "clean" operation. Until now.

With the John Deere TC125 Collection System, one person can easily pick up and dump turf debris such as aeration cores, sand, clippings, leaves or thatch. The TC125 hydraulically powered rotary brush runs at up to 600 rpm, efficiently picking up whatever lies in its path. This highly productive unit covers a 1.22m (48") swath and has a hopper capacity of 0.7m squared (25 cu ft), which allows an average green to be cleared in 15 minutes.

Made out of a thick medium density polyethylene, the hopper for the TC125 is lightweight and durable. The TC125 is designed to be towed behind a John Deere compact utility tractor or a ProGator Utility Vehicle with an auxiliary hydraulic kit.

And the TC125 can either be towed directly behind or offset to the left side of the towing vehicle.

Dumping is an easy task as well. The TC125 has a raised dumping height of 3.7m (12ft) and is equipped with a hydraulic lift cylinder that allows debris to be emptied easily into the cargo box of a ProGator utility vehicle.

The hydraulically driven brush system is also simple to operate and maintain. And there is no need for an additional power source. The full width roller can also be adjusted to accommodate a variety of turf conditions and brush wear, thus controlling brush aggressiveness and flotation.
